The PERSEPHONE (Celebrating the season with the Greek goddess of Springtime!)
1 Large Ripe Strawberry
1/2 oz. Saba
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
2 oz. Metaxa (Greek liqueur)
1/4 oz. Canton Ginger liqueur
Slice & muddle in a mixing glass one large ripe strawberry along with .Saba and lemon juice. Top with ice. Pour Metaxa & Canton Ginger liqueur over the ice. Shake vigorously, use a julep strainer to strain the mixture into a double rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a sprig of mint & straws.
